Where are your sauces made?

All of our sauces are made and packed at Waraku Japanese Restaurant. Each bottle is sealed with protection. Waraku is registered as an FDA Food Facility, allowing us to sell our sauces for commercial purposes.

How long will it take?

Since each bottle is made to order and carefully packed, please allow 3-5 days before your order is shipped out. A shipping confirmation email and tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped. 

Due to acidic nature of each product, the products can lasted without be refrigerated during shipping. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Due to the perishable nature of the product, we do not ship internationally. 

What if my package is lost?

Waraku is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

What if I put in the wrong address?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.

If your order has already shipped, we are not responsible. Please email us at flavorsofwaraku@gmail.com with any questions or concerns. 

Customer Returns:

Unfortunately, Waraku has a no returns/refunds policy due to the nature of the product. If you have any questions about your product, please email us at flavorsofwaraku@gmail.com and we will do our best to fulfill your concerns.
